All items sold at certifiedcalm.com go through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped. All goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage.

Warranty Policy

Certified Calm guarantees every product with a limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Items sold at certifiedcalm.com can be returned for a refund or exchange up to 7 days from the order receipt date.

Name That Bottle Guidelines

 

Personalized engraving is NOT applicable for Same Day Delivery and Cash on Delivery orders. 

Bottle marking colors are as follows:

Brushed stainless bottles; permanent silver or gray marking

Colored bottles: permanent silver, gray, or yellow-ish marking

 

For Vertical Engraving: Uneven Lines / Streaks may be visible

Strictly 1 emoji per bottle. Engraved emoji size is 2 cm x size proportion only. No resizing requests will be entertained.

 

Emojis are not recommended for vertical printing. Customers may still choose this option but at their own risk as it is more prone to faulty printing

No two bottles are alike. Slight differences in the thickness and positioning of the design may be expected in the final output due to external factors (e.g lighting set-up in the work environment).

We are using a polishing method for cleaner and consistent output on TKWide Blue Tint, Tofu, Neo Mint, Buttercup, Juicy Pear, and Camp Mug Matte White. Please note that this engraving should not affect clarity and/or permanence.

All engraved products still qualify for our Strong as steel guarantee policy. However, please note that the replacement bottles will not come with engravings unless otherwise stated.
